stayed at medusa apartment june/july 2010 and 2011,had a fabulous time,there were people from Italy,Germany,Russia,Romania ,Czech staying there,we all had a great time,a BIG thank you to Dimi the owner.

I found that Liapades beach near Paleokastritsa was a wonderful place and me and my partner had a really good time .
BUT WATCH THE BOAT HIRE!! it's 5 euro per hour and although it doesn't tell you that's each. Quite exeptable. We hired a boat for 1 hour and used the engine for 25 minutes then anchored up just off the beach to lay on the deck to enjoy the sun.
We where fetched in 15 minutes early by his femail partner. More a misunderstanding than a problem. BUT HERE COMES THE HIT!! when we pulled along side the boardwalk only to be met by Mr Yannis pointing at a petrol can and asking for 15 euro for approximatly 2 gallens of fuel (fortunatly for me i own one of these outboards) so i said " YOUR AVIN A LARF MATE!!, WHERES THE TANKER MORED" im not going to go on but just to say his closing shot across my bowes was that i was an English BASTARED and to go away in short jerky movements. So watch out for this rip off merchant and his wife and his nice little earner.

we both love liapades its our haven cant wait to be back in 2011 counting the days stayed at lolas apartments absolutely wonderful especialy being able to use her brothers pool thankyou we have been to corfu 3 times in the last 6 years this year we stayed 2 weeks and wished it was 3 weeks see you next summer lol

I have just returned from Liapades. It was my third stay there already and I am sure I will return there next year. Beautiful nature, nice people. I can recommend you stayig at Liapades Beach Hotel. You can get very good food there too. An other outstanding restaurant is Village Tavera at the bus station - it is a must! Do not forget about visiting the tiny square in the village. You can find there about 9 "cafenions" and no tourists!
Please, avoid staying close to Shambala Bar - it is a great place for young people, but very, very noisy till 4 a.m. almost every day!!! Enjoy your stay in Liapades!
